Debbie Sharp is a powerhouse when it comes to bringing vision, style, and results to life. As the leader of one of the top-performing real estate teams on the Peninsula, she’s known for her sharp eye, bold ideas, and ability to rally people around a shared goal—turning dreams into beautifully finished realities. Her team even coined the phrase “DYR: Debbie, You’re Right” to capture her uncanny instinct for knowing exactly what a space needs to shine.

Before launching her real estate career, Debbie spent 14 years in leadership at Nordstrom, where she honed her talent for aesthetics, service, and anticipating client needs before they were ever spoken. In 2003, she made the leap into real estate and quickly established herself as a standout in the Peninsula market. Her success grew rapidly, and in 2011 she founded The Sharp Group to meet growing client demand and deliver her signature, high-touch experience at scale.

Today, Debbie blends her design expertise with a strategic approach to home transformation, helping clients maximize both their enjoyment of a home and its long-term value. Whether she’s guiding a first-time buyer, advising on a full-scale renovation, or shaping the vision of her team, Debbie leads with clarity, heart, and a commitment to excellence in everything she does. She lives in Hillsborough with her daughter Ava and their dog Frankie—and she’s always thinking one step ahead.

Danni is the ultimate connector—linking ideas, people, and possibilities to bring every design vision to life. As the Design Liaison for Home by The Sharp Group, she’s the bridge that ensures every project flows seamlessly from concept to completion. With a sharp eye for detail and a gift for turning inspiration into action, Danni makes sure every decision and detail aligns with the bigger picture.

A Michigan State University graduate with a degree in Interior Design, Danni’s passion for creating thoughtful, beautiful, and sustainable spaces shines through in every project she touches. Whether she’s coordinating with the design team, handling logistics behind the scenes, or helping clients see their dream spaces come to life, Danni brings organization, creativity, and a steady hand to every step of the process.

When she’s not curating a Pinterest board-worthy space or planning the next big project, Danni’s likely out exploring new design trends, hitting up a farmers market, or enjoying a DIY project (because every space could use a little extra personality).
